Jonnye J. Phifer, Esq., is an attorney, collaborative family law attorney, and mediator. She graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2007 and was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2007. She joined Diane S. Freed, P.C., in October of 2007.
Jonnye concentrates in the field of family law, including divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, child custody, relocation, and child support issues. She is a trained mediator. She also practices Collaborative Law, a method in which parties in a divorce agree to resolve all of their issues without going to court.
She has studied conflict resolution and non-adversarial communications since 2006, and believes that lawyers can help families to resolve their legal issues and reduce conflict to allow for positive future relationships.
Jonnye is a member of the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, the Colorado Collaborative Law Professionals, and the Mile High Collaborative Law Professionals Practice Group.
